Aplia offers our instructors daily training sessions on how to use the Aplia site. You
will have the opportunity to ask questions about Aplia and will leave the sessions prepared for a successful start to your term.
Site Training Details:
- We will hold site training sessions Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM-11:45 AM Pacific Time (12:00 PM Mountain Time, 1:00 PM
Central Time, 2:00 PM Eastern Time).
- All sessions will be conducted via both phone and web conference. (You will need access to both a phone and a computer
with Internet access.)
To join a conference call, dial 888-296-6500 and enter the Guest Code: 262835.
To join the web conference, please follow these instructions:
- Go to http://aplia.webex.com
- Click on "Meeting Center" from the menu bar.
- Click on "Browse Meetings" from the options on the left menu.
- Click into the appropriate date for the meeting "Daily Instructor Training.
- Enter meeting Password: 123456
- Click on "Join Now".
- Ignore the instructions asking you to join a conference call from WebEx, as we are using the conference service listed above.
You do not need an appointment to join training sessions.
**We recommend allowing a little extra time to download the ActiveX plug-in**
Experiment Training Details:
- We hold experiment sessions every Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM PST (10:00 CST, 11:00 AM EST) and 1:00 PM PST (3:00
PM CST, 4:00 PM EST). For experiment sessions, please RSVP to the Aplia Support Team at support@aplia.com with dates and times
of your availability. (If none of those times fit your schedule, we are happy to work with you to find a more convenient time.)
