| Clearing Your Web Browser Cache |

| Clearing your cache can significantly improve the speed and performance of your Web browser. The following instructions provide steps to clear the cache for a variety of browsers: |

- From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
- Click the Delete... button in the Browsing history section.
- Make sure the Temporary Internet files checkbox is checked.
- Click the Delete button and then click OK.
